Standard — 3 sessions x 2 hours (6 hours) | $490
Best for: tightening execution, prep systems, and speed across the team.
Includes everything in Base, plus:
Module 1: Speed systems + station workflow
Module 2: Batching, labeling + shelf-life
Module 3: Consistency + troubleshooting clinic
Junior team training notes + mini station SOP (PDF)
Advanced — 6 sessions x 2 hours (12 hours) | $990
Best for: full team rollout, multi-venue consistency, or a serious performance reset.
Includes everything in Standard, plus:
Remote station audit (photos/video) + workflow redesign recommendations
Expanded QC framework (drinks + preps + basic inventory handling)
2 follow-up clinics (30 min each) after implementation
Optional alignment to supplier/brand product training
PDF training handouts pack for internal onboarding (tailored to your venue)
