The Double Strainer delivers remote bar training built for real service execution—not classroom theory. Each session is customized to your venue, team level, and menu goals, with a clear focus on faster service, consistent drinks, and confident storytelling behind the bar (especially for junior staff).

Delivery format

  • Live remote session (Zoom/Meet) or recorded delivery (your choice)

  • Digital delivery only (no on-site service)

  • Optional learning materials: I can provide PDF training handouts (checklists, summaries, and implementation guides). These can be generic or tailored to your venue, depending on the package.

 

Pricing

Hourly training (ad-hoc)

  • $70 / hour (minimum booking: 2 hours$140)
    Includes: brief review before the call + structured session + action plan summary.

 

Packages

Base — 2 hours | $180

Best for: quick performance upgrades for a junior team or solving one specific service issue.
Includes:

  • Pre-call brief intake (menu + challenges + goals)

  • 2-hour live training (or recorded delivery)

  • Action plan + QC checklist (PDF)

  • 7-day Q&A via message (up to 10 questions)

 

Standard — 3 sessions x 2 hours (6 hours) | $490

Best for: tightening execution, prep systems, and speed across the team.
Includes everything in Base, plus:

  • Module 1: Speed systems + station workflow

  • Module 2: Batching, labeling + shelf-life

  • Module 3: Consistency + troubleshooting clinic

  • Junior team training notes + mini station SOP (PDF)

 

Advanced — 6 sessions x 2 hours (12 hours) | $990

Best for: full team rollout, multi-venue consistency, or a serious performance reset.
Includes everything in Standard, plus:

  • Remote station audit (photos/video) + workflow redesign recommendations

  • Expanded QC framework (drinks + preps + basic inventory handling)

  • 2 follow-up clinics (30 min each) after implementation

  • Optional alignment to supplier/brand product training

  • PDF training handouts pack for internal onboarding (tailored to your venue)

 

Optional add-ons

  • Extra participants: includes up to 6 attendees. Above 6: +$20/hour per additional attendee

  • Rush scheduling (priority booking): priced case-by-case

  • Additional Q&A support window: available on request

  • Additional PDF materials / customized training deck: available on request
