Packages and turnaround
Starter (1 day): You receive the Supplier Price Tracker file (USD home currency). You add suppliers, build your item library, and log quotes. The file automatically converts currencies to USD, flags price changes, and shows Best Buy per item. Includes filled EXAMPLE data you can clear quickly.
Standard (2 days): I configure the tracker for your venue and validate your setup. I set your FX rates, alert thresholds, and “Best Value” penalties (lead time and reliability). I also check your item units so supplier comparisons stay apples-to-apples.
Advanced (4 days): Full done-for-you service. You send your supplier list, your items, and your latest quotes or price lists. I populate the tracker, normalize units, validate comparisons, and deliver a ready-to-use purchasing system with Best Buy, tier pricing where relevant, and a clean dashboard view.
Advanced requires: supplier list (name, currency, lead time, reliability), item details (pack size, units per case, compare quantity), and quotes (case price, shipping, discounts, availability, dates). If you have CSV exports, you can send those.

Delivery format
Choose Excel (.xlsx) or Google Sheets at checkout.

Update FX rates and thresholds in Settings (Standard and Advanced includes this setup for you).
If Standard or Advanced: send your supplier list, items, and quotes or exports.
