Packages and turnaround
Starter (1 day): You receive the automated costing file (up to 20 drinks). You input ingredients and pours, and the file calculates recipe cost, COGS%, GP%, and status checks automatically. Includes an example menu you can clear in one click.
Standard (2 days): I configure the file for your venue: currency, units (ml/oz), target COGS/GP, wastage rules, and I validate your ingredient inputs so your calculations are consistent and reliable.
Advanced (4 days): Full done-for-you service. I set everything up and I cost up to 15 cocktails/mocktails for you. You receive final COGS/GP per drink, a clean menu summary, and clear high-cost flags so you can adjust pricing immediately.
Advanced requires: ingredient list + recipes with pour amounts.
What’s inside
Ingredient Library: you enter pack price + pack size once, and the file auto-calculates unit cost (ml/oz)
Recipe costing: cost per pour and total recipe cost per drink
Wastage control: optional wastage % per ingredient to reflect real bar conditions
Margin math: automatic COGS%, GP%, and GP value per drink
Menu Summary: totals and overview that update instantly when you change any ingredient price
Status checks: flags items that exceed your target COGS so you can spot problems fast
Delivery format
Choose Excel (.xlsx) or Google Sheets at checkout.
Units: ml by default, oz on request.
Best results: use .xlsx or Google Sheets (PDF export available from Sheets).
