Stop guessing what sells and what actually makes money. This file is a Menu Engineering system that turns your sales data into clear decisions: what to promote, reprice, redesign, or remove.
Packages and turnaround
 
Starter (1 day): You receive the Menu Engineering template with an example menu you can overwrite. You input your menu items and the yellow cells, and the file calculates profitability, popularity, and classifies each item automatically.
Standard (2 days): I set the file up for your venue and validate your inputs: timeframe consistency, unit cost logic (COGS per portion), pricing fields, and I ensure the dashboard and score controls reflect your menu structure.
Advanced (4 days): Full done-for-you service. You send your menu items, unit costs, sell prices, and units sold for one period. I load the data, run the engineering analysis, and deliver a clean file plus a short action summary: Stars to protect, Puzzles to push, Plow Horses to fix, Dogs to cut or redesign.
