What I do
I support brands that want to communicate with more credibility, stronger hospitality relevance and clearer product application through educational content, drink development and industry-focused collaborations.
CASE STUDY
Golden Balls
Premium No-Dilution Chilling Storytelling
This collaboration positioned Golden Balls through a more practical and premium hospitality lens, focusing on gentle no-dilution chilling, stronger visual impact in the glass, and better fit for neat spirits and short premium pours. Instead of generic product exposure, the content translated the brand into a more credible bar-world use case built around flavor integrity, ritual, and presentation.

CASE STUDY
PURO Ice
Clear Ice as an Operational Quality Standard
This collaboration framed PURO Ice as more than a premium visual product, positioning clear ice as a real bar standard linked to dilution control, consistency, hygiene, glass fit and service efficiency. Instead of generic product visibility, the article translated the brand into a more credible hospitality use case built around operational repeatability and stronger guest perception.

CASE STUDY
Monkey 47
Monkey Safari Menu Development
Monkey Safari was developed as a branded cocktail menu designed to show the versatility of Monkey 47 through four clearly different serves, each with its own style, role, and guest appeal.
From a bright sparkling opener to a Martini-style serve, a fruit-forward sour, and a bolder tropical cocktail built around Monkey 47 Barrel Cut, the menu was created to give the brand broader expression and stronger presence behind the bar.
The work included concept development, cocktail creation, menu structure, service-ready recipes and procedures, and rollout support. The final result was a more distinctive, campaign-ready menu built to feel both creative and executable.

CASE STUDY

The work covered cocktail development, menu structure, and garnish direction, with a format designed to feel clear for guests and practical in service.
The final result was a branded set with real presence behind the bar: distinctive, cohesive, and easy to sell.

CASE STUDY
Hennessy
Concept, Cocktail, and Content
This project was built around a stronger brand story, connecting cocktail creation with visual content and campaign thinking.
The work combined concept development, drink direction, and narrative support to create something with more depth than a standalone recipe.
The final output delivered a more complete branded experience, designed to stand out both on the menu and on camera.

CASE STUDY
Chivas
Guest Shift Cocktail Development
Built for a live guest shift, this project translated the brand into three cocktails with different personalities but one clear direction.
The work included drink development, menu positioning, presentation logic, and supporting creative designed for a polished branded experience.
The result was a set that felt more coherent, more memorable, and far more complete than a simple one-off signature serve.

How the process works
1. Brief & Fit Check
A first conversation to understand your product, positioning, target audience and campaign goals.
This helps define whether the collaboration fits TDS and which direction can deliver the strongest hospitality relevance.
2. Concept & Proposal
A tailored concept is developed around the most suitable format, whether that’s an educational article, drink development, masterclass or a combined collaboration.
The proposal defines:
-
direction and angle
-
format and deliverables
-
timeline and scope
3. Production & Delivery
Once approved, the content, drinks or collaboration assets are developed and delivered according to the agreed structure.
This may include:
-
article writing and publishing
-
cocktail or zero-proof development
-
supporting content or activation element
4. Optional Amplification
Depending on the project, the collaboration can be supported by additional visibility through social content, newsletter or extended hospitality exposure.
