Monkey Safari Menu Development

Monkey Safari was developed as a branded cocktail menu designed to show the versatility of Monkey 47 through four clearly different serves, each with its own style, role, and guest appeal.

From a bright sparkling opener to a Martini-style serve, a fruit-forward sour, and a bolder tropical cocktail built around Monkey 47 Barrel Cut, the menu was created to give the brand broader expression and stronger presence behind the bar.

The work included concept development, cocktail creation, menu structure, service-ready recipes and procedures, and rollout support. The final result was a more distinctive, campaign-ready menu built to feel both creative and executable.

World Gin Day 3-Drink Activation at Tickets, Kuala Lumpur

Created as a 3-drink activation for World Gin Day, this project turned the brand into a sharper, more engaging menu experience.

2. Concept & Proposal

A tailored concept is developed around the most suitable format, whether that’s an educational article, drink development, masterclass or a combined collaboration.

The proposal defines:

  • direction and angle

  • format and deliverables

  • timeline and scope

3. Production & Delivery

Once approved, the content, drinks or collaboration assets are developed and delivered according to the agreed structure.

This may include:

  • article writing and publishing

  • cocktail or zero-proof development

  • supporting content or activation element

4. Optional Amplification

Depending on the project, the collaboration can be supported by additional visibility through social content, newsletter or extended hospitality exposure.
